Step 3 - Relaxation Audio


   This is a very important step, it accomplishes a few things.  Some people cannot slow their thoughts down or relax.  By listening to this relaxation track you will learn to slow down and relax.  Some people have stuffed away their emotions, this will allow them to more easily express emotions.

 

   It also uses the same relaxation and focusing techniques that we will use in our live session.  It is to your benefit to listen to this track as much as possible before we begin our work together.
 


 



Instructions

- Listen to this track at least 8 times before our first session.
- Always make sure your neck is supported.
- Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.


   If you fall asleep while listening it will do you no good.  You must be in an awake state.  If you have trouble staying awake listen to this at a different time of the day, sit up more, or turn on a light.
